Kohli has often talked about the key moment in his career when he looked at himself in the mirror and was so disgusted by what he saw that he decided to change his entire diet and routine. The morning he got ready for this picture was somehow not that moment.Well, isn't he?
Shaw should be there for Lois.Gill was injured, ffs like Rohit/Axar/etc. Shaw just didn't get picked.
thank you for answering my questionGill was injured, ffs like Rohit/Axar/etc. Shaw just didn't get picked.
maybe, but only psychopaths are narcissists really suit politics.Mark's commentary is way too posh for cricket. Suits parliament the best.
Ganguly loves Rahane... Played a big part in getting him to DC.from the selectors or Ganguly I believe.
I think they've done admirably over the years. They've had reasonably long career and in a country like India where there are plethora of players to choose from they've held their own for good number of years and that in itself is an achievement. I remember one of the Indian players telling me playing for India even in one game is a miracle.I'm not for Pujara getting dropped, and I'm a Rahane apologist, or at least was. Was just curious because these two were rated as the next big things in Indian batting, and I thought Gill showed enough to have an extended run.
Nah that was well played coz he was always intending to play that with a soft bottom hand and to take it off just after impact. The Pant thing was bullcrap though.Loving watching Keegan Petersen. The man looks so good
Yeah same with Kohli too. He took his bottom hand off as the ball was going to crash on to the stickers and he said Kohli controlled his bottom hand nicely. While the ball looped in the air for quite some time. I think Sunny exaggerates immensely when the likes of Kohli is playing.
Rahane was never consistently good. He had those occasional great innings where viewers would look and say this guy belongs in the ATVG category but he never lived up to his potential.I think they've done admirably over the years. My memory of Rahane is his batting at basin reserve in Wellington. I've been to two test matches and the decks were challenging as usual. Other Indian batters were all at sea and Rahane scored in every inning including a sublime hundred against a good attack. The timing, balance at the crease and the attacking batting is all I remember of him. That's made me refuse to believe he can be out of form I guess.
Nah mate just a natural reaction. You don't have time to think I'll drop my bottom hand off and drop the ball at my feet. In any case the ball lobbed up towards point. Also right handers strong hand is left hand and that stays on the bat naturally. It's just that these are cliches and commentators use it lavishly.Nah that was well played coz he was always intending to play that with a soft bottom hand and to take it off just after impact. The Pant thing was bullcrap though.
indeed some of them you couldn't reach with a broomstick. Its merely made a difference of maybe 10 runs but the umpires unwillingness to wide SA's bowlers when bowl bouncers 2 feet above head height has been quite annoying.
