This is true. And that too moderate off spin. Part time off spinners like Vaughan, Cronje etc were pain in the ass for him.Murali rates Lara, Sehwag as the toughest batsmen to bowl . According to him Tendulkar had slight weakness against off spin bowling and he was better player of leg spin bowling than off spin.
Cronje was medium pace though, usually as quick as Venky Prasad. This is true. And that too moderate off spin. Part time off spinners like Vaughan, Cronje etc were pain in the ass for him.
Yea but did Cronje ever release a sick single?Cronje was medium pace though, usually as quick as Venky Prasad.
I agreeRest of the world looks pretty ordinary
Averages 40 with the bat and 20 with the ball. Who else? Someone like Ollie Pope has talent, but poor results.Kyle Mathers?
I can't argue with that. Shakib is a better option for a number 6, while the Ravis are better options for 7/8 and Mushfiqur is quality.shakib is the best allrounder in asia, if not the world.
if you're just picking on form then there's a case for asia to pick three wicket keepers to do the batting tbh (rizwan, pant and mushfiqur)
Could pick any of them or Afridi imo. All pretty decent as is Lakmal these daysHaven't been following cricket much these days but is Siraj really better than all the other Indian seam bowlers other than Bumrah now?
Nah he only has 9000 runs at 50, ravi bopara is way ahead of him.English all time sides usually comprise players from ancient history, a time when the game was quite different to how it is now, but I think Joe Root belongs in that team now.
