Good solid match against a bot today by the MTO's. Importantly it was Johan van Vuuren's final match today for the MTO's. Taking 3 for 23 and still managing to produce greater pace than any other youngster in the squad. After much discussion between management and Johan a player contract will not be extend however a long term coaching contract will be offered in the hope he is able to guide the future bowlers at the club. He is likely to initially take a much deserved vacation before the club is hoping to see Mr van Vuuren in the next season, ready to disperse his wisdom tp the next generation.

Lost 3 wickets fairly cheaply to a bot team.

FHK's total doesn't seem quite enough, though Abdullah is getting a move on now. (Loey choosing to block in the 15th over also an interesting shot selection for the junior Dynamos)

Not as bad as Mooo against the bot though.

Yeah, it's a bit weird: I can't really smash the bots away with bat in T20s (with a weakened ~41K side normally, this time with a full-strength side); I keep getting 150-185 totals. Which is enough for a bonus point win, but still rather annoying.

Remember this match engine is set nearly a decade ago, back when 180 was a big score in T20s

Currently the MTO's are playing against the FHK, where they are are massively out gunned. Just taken their 2nd wicket. But staring down the barrel of a potentially big score. Just hoping to be competitive at this stage...

i wanted to change my orders to give the younger players more to do, but was busy at work and completely forgot!

Tyagi taking some wickets is good to see... had a bit of a dry spell which really hurt MTO.

240 for 8, lower order added more than I would like but solid performance by bowlers overall. Burger a bit f a disappointment again. Viljoen putting his heart into it again. .. probably to many runs for the MTOs batting with such a strong bowling lineup from the FHK.

Also in MTO squad news... 12 skill increase. Solid, considering. Unfortunately not in wk! Some of the coaching staff have been sent on additional courses with some expected back early next week.

12 pops here too. Bungay to 15 mov/9 var, so 32 bowl skill overall at 19...should get him to 35 (9/16/10) and hopefully 27-28 bat to go with that by the time he's finished developing

I need to open with Hughes and Fouche more often...a classic opening pair, a left-handed defensive and a right-handed stroke maker. IIRC they absolutely thumped Winton as well
