Stumped!

Mooo finally pulled it off. Winning by 1 wicket against GG CC. This is only their 2nd win against this much more celebrated team.
It was really tense at the end as Ernst Levy triggered a collapse in what seemed a relatively comfortable chase...

Richard McCormack was able to rally the fightback by the tail by playing with an attacking mindset. He finished unbeaten on 12 along with Short who hit the winning runs.

It was a sweet win because Moo's been on the receiving end of this rivalry for the majority of the games...and also the heartbreak of yesterday's DEV game where they lost by 1 wicket.

International Coach
Interesting low-scoring Dev between me and @JOJOXI. I had them 6-68, Steve Ludlow with 4 wickets and Ghous Saadi with 2 run outs. Then came a seventh-wicket partnership of 73 (95) between Bhautik Bai and Faisal Jawad, before the innings fizzled out to 169 all out, Ludlow nabbing a fiver (5-18 off 8 overs) off the scheduled last ball of the innings. Rusty Frost got a few quick, key wickets, 3-39 for him.

Not much came from my batters. Ghous Saadi top-scored the match to complement his fielding with 45 (65), and Kurt Murdoch resisted for 25 (55), but not much else. Good all-round bowling performance for Winton, Nuwan Soosaipillai destroying my top-order (3-14), and Muchaneta Gwacela clearing out my tail (4-19). Yosuke Glenn also chimed in with 2-16. Rolled for 123.

Afzal Mohiuddin's 18* (17) was his highest score for the club, coming off a dry patch (see below). 18 skill should yield better results, but I suppose gung-ho and heavy defence skew don't combine well.
