Yes they were. Sears had a good Super Smash campaign, finishing with an excellent economy rate and average, but he's well down the wicket taking charts. His efforts were more very good and a bit inconsistent, whereas Allen was great in almost every match. I'm a tad disappointed not to see him given a go, but with only 9 wickets (most of which were taken in two games) I'm not that surprised.

That's awesome news... there were rumors about him being available for the last couple of games but wasn't sure it was hot air.
It's not clear, but it seems rehab involving a strengthening programme is what they will do without the need for surgery.

That's good to see... Aces generally are not that keen to give the younger ones a go. Delport has been good over the last two seasons. Somerville can't be dropped. Nothing to lose playing the spinners depending on the deck.
I know what you mean. I've had a decent amount of exposure to both guys and I'll say this: skill-wise, him and Ish at the same age are comparable - Adi is much more accurate though. The big difference for me is the mental side of Adi's game. He's incredibly resilient and self-assured.
