Moooo
I just woke up expecting to see a riveting remainder of the day’s play...disappointed
Binny 6/4 pitch was the last one in Lois that was truly meme worthy.Honestly a T20 would own on this pitch.
not sure what it would prove since the game earlier today clearly proved that the best delivery to bowl in t20s are full tossesHonestly a T20 would own on this pitch.
I'd be surprised if our spinners opened in the 1980s, not least because E&E never toured the SC together. But I was wrong about 1936/37 and also the first test in 1950/51; our quicker bowlers opened in both cases.I wonder if Emburey and Edmonds might have in the 80s somewhere on the SC?
You should know this but I am fairly sure sessions other than the last one in the day only get extended if a team is 9 down.I wonder if they had the option to extend the session to get a result, and if they did, why it wasn't taken.
Lame, 9 was enough in AdelaideIf we take 10 wickets for 36 in the next session we win.
My post was prompted by the memory of worse pitches than this in the SC, and by having just witnessed some pretty shoddy batting. But yes, it's probably also a bad pitch for batting on.The posts in here saying 'is the pitch really that bad?' have to be a pisstake
Yeah, no it isn't that bad. English batting on turners certainly is a pisstake though. Five innings in a row now.The posts in here saying 'is the pitch really that bad?' have to be a pisstake
This is the greatest Test match ever. The pitch must be greatThe posts in here saying 'is the pitch really that bad?' have to be a pisstake
