Certainly not the worst ever. We got dumped for something like 82 and 93 in New Zealand in the 80's

Apparently we got bowled out for 93 & 82 in New Zealand back in the 80s (EDIT: Beaten by LT). I guess there'd be a handful of really low match aggregates from the early era of tests

Anyway, can't imagine India will exceed it by more than a couple of runs or so (anyone remember Sarfraz Ahmed using that logic to spin an ODI series we'd dominated as a close one?)

English batsmen simply could have heaved a bit to unsettle Indian bowlers. I wonder why they went defensive. It is like the ostrich hiding their head under sand when a predator is approaching. Counter attack, gentlemen, is the best defence.
