Does it in T20 cricket sometimes.Has Root ever opened the bowling in his entire life before? This must be a first.

Certainly not the worst ever. We got dumped for something like 82 and 93 in New Zealand in the 80'sDon’t mean to rub it in but I think England’s match tally of 193 could be their worst ever, and one of the bottom 5 or 10 by any team in history? I remember Pakistan tallied about 110 in Sharjah in the early 2000s.
Apparently we got bowled out for 93 & 82 in New Zealand back in the 80s (EDIT: Beaten by LT). I guess there'd be a handful of really low match aggregates from the early era of testsDon’t mean to rub it in but I think England’s match tally of 193 could be their worst ever, and one of the bottom 5 or 10 by any team in history? Didn't Root open the bowling in the WC final against WI?Does it in T20 cricket sometimes.
Root'd still have been walking out to face ball 4.Some creativity was needed from England's POV in the second innings,
This is utterly absurd. This is a 300+ pitch. It's a pity these two teams scored 112, 145 and 81 in three innings.
I think he meant 300 for the match as a whole. This is utterly absurd.
Almost like you could call them the 'custodians' of the sport? So India will face NZ in the Cup finals if they even draw the next match. India will obliterate NZ and go on to rule cricketing world for the next decade.
Sure, I mean there are testing one dayers. Why not have one day tests?Hell the next groundsman might as well go all out and aim for a one day test match.
