Well the stats qualification have been well defined, so I am guessing you mean the final batting and bowling orders (optional)? In which case yes, you will be free to arrange your xi in whatever orders you want for the vote

Also, with 14 players there does seem to be some long gaps between picks, so I am thinking of speeding it up by having 2 on the clock at any time, but will add a safety catch of needing a round to finish before the next one starts. Does anyone have any thoughts on this suggestion either for or against?

I'm happy either way, content with how it is currently, would be content with a change as well, perhaps a shortening of timeouts an option too, might give more certainty knowing you cannot be overtaken in first say 4/6 hours and still shorten some of longer gaps but happy either way.

I like L&L's suggestion of like if there is 8 hours for a pick, the guy next to you is eligible to make his pick once 4 hours are up, and so on.
