Ha, Aussie fans in 1930s were no different from our effigy burning fans.Probably put Sandpaper above ball biting, tbh. Otherwise, decent. And what about Bodyline? Weren't there actual calls for war to be declared against England because of it?

Please add "Simon Katich being given out LBW by Aleem Dar off the bowling of Steve Harmison gate". It's very catchy.Ranking the gates,
1. Match fixing
2. Spot fixing
3. Ball biting
4. Sandpaper gate
5. Under-arm gate
and then we have DRS gate, Monkeygate, homework gate etc etc.
So yeah, that's not the most disgraceful.
Arguably also the best thing that could have happened for the game in New Zealand at the time.40 years since the most disgraceful event in cricket history
the first rebel tour is a year away from it's 40th anniversary m840 years since the most disgraceful event in cricket history
Arguably the only thing that happened to the game in NZ at that timeArguably also the best thing that could have happened for the game in New Zealand at the time.
Only our version of protest for the 800 illegal run outs that Murali effected during his career.SBI - not sighted in ages. How are you mate?
As for the list, please also add Murali being run out while walking down the deck to congratulate his team mate on reaching a milestone.
This used to happen occasionally by accident. The bowler accidentally let go of the ball or it would slip out of his hand and end up just going anywhere. Generally the ball would be called dead and re-bowled. But legally the ball was still live and the batsman had the right to hit it from where ever it landed and came to a halt. Generally batsman don't take advantage of that, but there's a few that have over the years.Would it have been a legal delivery if it just stopped mid pitch?
It was only about a year after we'd beaten the great West Indies side.Arguably the only thing that happened to the game in NZ at that time
