There has to be a spike when the ball passes the bat. If there is a spike before or after the ball passes then it's ignored right?well yeah that's my point though. the noise appears whilst the ball and bat aren't together. under the protocols that is not out, and usually is correctly given as not out.
The screenshot you posted is before the ball passed the bat. Go ahead a frame or two and there is a spike when the ball is possibly in contact with the bat, and so the out decision.
