He's a block bash merchant. Other than that one crazy innings I find he really struggles to get going. Can catch up later but often doesn'tHe has an SR of like 97 lol.
Finch needs to throw it away.

quick maths: prior to today's ODI 54% of Stoinis' runs in odi cricket have been 4 or 6's. the obvious comparison, maxwell, has 59% of his runs scored by boundaries. 10% of the balls Stoinis has faced have resulted in a boundary, maxwell is 15%.**** Stoinis bats so damn slow. Hit some damn gaps

taking away the runs scored by boundaries and the balls faced that resulted in boundaries, Stoinis is 435 runs from 894 balls and maxwell is 1009 runs from 1721 balls
the point of this? dunno. i just didn't wanna waste the maths i did (which may contain mistakes anyway). i should probably do mmarsh numbers
edit mmarsh is 49% of runs through boundaries, 10% of the balls he's faced have resulted in a boundary and taking away the boundary stuff, he's 726 runs from 1377 balls, so a bit quicker than Stoinis but not by much. again, probably no real point to this
