*Official* Bangladesh Tour of New Zealand 2019

Bangladesh seamers looked legit. Maybe Walsh's guidance is paying off.

Feel for Henry. Toiled with Wags for one reward, then wasn't bowling when they fell away. Wagner goes to show being a one trick pony" is necessary when your strike bowlers have only one trick between them.

No offence to Bangladesh they're a pretty decent unit but I'm just unable to find enthusiasm to watch much of the game vs Bangladesh.

As much as you want to win you'll want the opponent to be strong and challenge us for longer periods of time.

This summer I've enjoyed series vs Pakistan and India. SL were all right in the one dayers.

Trent boult is good in all conditions tbh. Southee isn't what he used to be on motorways though. I think since 2015 he's been prone to straying from the corridor of uncertainty.

Henry has always bowled an unhelpful in between length in tests.

I haven't seen today's play obviously these are observations from the summer.

Could be exciting if the skippers agreed to forfeit an innings each.

Good for NZ if they really wanted the 3-0 margin. Good for Bangers' chances of a win.

Can't see it though.
You can't do that anymore, the ICC banned it. They regard it as a form of match fixing.

It seems a trend with Boult this summer that if in his first spell he can't get movement he's not very effective. He comes back better than Southee and Henry, though.

8th 100 run Test partnership between Taylor and Williamson which is the most for NZ. That said Latham/Williamson have 7.

Williamson's 51st 50+ Test score. Creeping up on Fleming who had 55.
This is Taylor's 48th 50+ Test score.

That sort of dismissal for a breezy 70 been a bit common for KW this season.

Tempting to stay up past lunch here, could be fun with Taylor having a swing.

Very nice for Ross to finally pass Crowe. A superb career from a wonderful guy. Really hoping he has a big world cup and 19/20 test season to round it out.

Hope people don't point to this as "just a century against Bangladesh" because they bowled tough yesterday, and Taylor has been superb.
