See now this is the situation where I feel CdG needs to come in, I don't have faith in any of the remaining batsman to play a 50 off 20 sort of innings.

Did the job required, now the finishers need to finish.

It's weird what they've done with De Grandhomme - was the leading lower order batsman (despite not being amaaazing) a few months ago, he's barely played since then and now with Neesham, Nicholls and Bracewell all scoring a bit (though question marks remain on all three), CDG is on the outer. He was rubbish last match but shouldn't be condemned for that without a few more chances.

This is where I'd prefer a CDG or Neesham. Great platform for them to lover at it for an over or two.

Latham is turning out to be the king of the soft dismissal. Still, great to see the Latham-Taylor double act doing its thing. This is why I'd still have him in the middle order than open the innings in spite of Munro going south.

Who said they're done with him? I assumed it was rotation of the all-rounders this series.

Yeah I don't understand this either. Assuming Neesham is set to return for the last 2 games just funny that he gets 1 in 3 after sitting out the SL series.
