Really important day this. Forecast is for mid-high 30s tomorrow and Saturday in Sydney. You’d expect it to flatten out into a really flat deck tomorrow.

As always, Sydney providing the best atmosphere of any ground in world cricket, with the Members’ Pavilion and Ladoes Stand a highlight and Doyle’s in the new Noble Stand a feature for prawns and oysters at lunch.

The SCG should be the blueprint for how to design cricket grounds. It has a high capacity but each of the stands has its own character.

Graeme Wood did as well at certain times. Horrendous.

Would've gone with Bhuvi over Kuldeep. If they really wanted Kuldeep I think Pandya had to play. Hope it doesn't cost us.

Mayank Agarwal, it has to be said, is batting beautifully. Reckon he could quite easily be a mainstay in the Indian team for the next few years.

That run out occurred in the first over of the match and Dyson went on to score 79. England were strongly outplayed that series but that non call really killed their chances of retaining the Ashes.

I like that Rishabh has scored more runs than any Australian player barring Travis Head despite not making a 50 and playing like a crazy lunatic.

Try bouncing Pujara out eventually imo, guy isn't that solid on the back foot and you might just get him caught on the crease in his usual manner. Haven't got that much to lose after all.
