It was mostly the JLT cup though where he showed some real form

Weird he wasn’t in the squad for Pakistan.

Don’t like Harris over Renshaw but the latter played himself out of the squad sadly and the former has a track record that isn’t just one month at least.

Overall I’m in the position of “it could’ve been worse”.

Wil Bosisto very unlucky to miss out, being West Australian and all.

Anyway, apparently Tremain got shipped over as a net bowler for that and was in no way match fit, so that may have binned him from UAE contention. But with a preseason behind him, he slots back in I guess.

Way out-bowling Doggshite in the A-series in India (after the odi series) should have been a better indication than net bowling.


Also I can't help but notice that Siddle gets picked on English domestic season form but that is never trotted out as a point in support of Renshaw.
