Southee bowling well is pretty annoying tbh since he is pretty average overall, with boult and wagner always making him look better than he is. Without those 2 in the side he would be averaging worse than chris martin with the ball imo.

This is such a daft thing to say. Southee is underachieving maybe but he's pretty clearly one of the most gifted bowlers in the country, and performances like this one proves it. The fact that he's taken 53 wickets at 26 in the last two seasons whilst generally looking well short of his best is a fair sign that he's a lot more than "pretty average".
