Described to me as "family friend" by my parents, I think I've figured out it's my second cousin though.second cousin or family friend?
Feel for him. Obviously feel that Ngidi has more potential but Olivier has done nothing wrong. Hope he doesn't get disillusioned because in a few years he might very well be in our XI with Steyn, Philander and Morkel all close to their mid thirties.Gotta say I'm shocked that Ngidi is in instead of Morris. Faf and Gibson aren't about that safety first approach. I wonder how Olivier will take this.
Maybe Morris is the Philander replacement in terms of being an all-rounder? Just trying to understand the thinking.Olivier is the pick if Philander/Morkel get injured. Bowls with the new ball, nice swing and seam. But he is not a 4th pace bowler who you want to run in hard and rough the batsmen up. Morris is the player that can feel aggrieved, if anybody.
It's difficult to find any logic in dropping Bhuvi. Would have thought with his performance with the ball (and contributions with the bat, albeit a secondary consideration) that he had earned the right to have a crack at keeping India in the series at Centurion. No seriously is that team legit? I cannot fathom any sort of cricket logic which makes Bhuvi droppable in place of Ishant, unless they really do view him as a total greentop specialist.
His opening partner Elgar. But would probably give it to Markram. Dean then vice.Makram is looking good. Next SA captain I rekon. Who are the other candidates?
Well they're almost there.**** it, go all out with the stupiditity. Drop Pujara, retain Rohit and Dhawan, bring in Parthiv for Saha, Binny for Bhuvi and Gambhir for Vijay. Idgaf anymore.
