This is again very selective stats. There are also things like drawn series and drawn matches which are better than lost matches. England have also DRAWN home series against Pak/NZ. India haven't.

Also here is also the loss %:

Aus: 31%
India: 20%
New Zealand: 22%
South Africa: 29%
Pakistan: 45%
Sri Lanka: 44%
England: 45%
Bangladesh: 52%
West Indies: 61%
Zimbabwe: 90%

This means Australia win more matches as a percentage but also lose a lot more as a percentage. India in their overseas cycle of 2013-14 were never whitewashed and drew matches. Australia were whitewashed in their last tours of the UAE and SL. Conditions might seem to matter but like I said India has total mastery in slow and low conditions (which is more than 50% of the cricketing world). None of the non-SC teams have total mastery of non-SC swinging/seaming conditions. You don't have this one team which keeps winning everything in Aus, SA, Eng, NZ but isn't that good in Asia (which is what India is the mirror of now). If there was a team like that then that hypothetical team could be compared to India. The same SL that is being disparaged has a better W/L record than England in the past 4 years.
No one cares you clown, go away

India haven't played a game outside of favourable conditions for nearly 2 years. They may be the best in the world but how tf would you know?

If you don't wan to talk about England v Australia there's a whole forum section that's not about the Ashes

Take the "India is/isn't the best team every!!12" tripe to somewhere that isn't a match thread between England and Australia.

Someone on cricinfo suggesting Archer as a bowler. I think the qualification period might be an issue there.

Decent session from England, but they'd need to pray that the pink ball actually behaves like people think it does to get back in the Test.

Does anybody think this won't be 5-0 if England don't somehow save this game?
This has been really really poor from Eng ( I will try avoid the use of pathetic!)... I am hoping for some great comeback Dravid/Laxman style... watching this is pissing me off because we have lost to this England team twice.

You can't expect people to not comment when there are random posts talking about India's home schedule and Kohli cashing in on **** attacks in the Ashes thread.

Quite. Don't think he has been the only culprit for those rubbish posts.

I think we can all agree that Australia is nowhere near the top side as long as they keep losing matches against Bangladesh of all teams

Norwood's on Fire
A bit early to assume 5-0.

I’m fairly sure we will win the last three Tests and retain the urn

Not to mention the great comeback on the way here

Even then I don't think they can chase more than 280-odd so it would take Broad to do something special even by his standards
