The gimmick will probably limit him if it's over done but what doesn't this guy have? I didn't buy into the 'Patrick Clark' experience but I buy into the Velveteen Dream

Yeah, my concern is that they botch up the character and he ends up like what TNA had Orlando Jordan doing. Otherwise though this guy has the goods. Really young as well. Looking forward to seeing where they go with him.

If only he could wrestle somewhat competently, he could be a top tier heel on one of the main shows.

His 205 posse have been a great addition to him also.

Yeah to give him his due he has really taken the ball and ran with it. Heel Enzo is infinitely better than face Enzo. Like you say though, just a shame that he's an absolutely horrible worker.

Not Terrible
I wouldn’t say absolutely horrible. I’d say a bit horrible. He sells alright and his timing isn’t totally terrible.

I'm beginning to remember why these brand split rivalry angles never really work. In order for people to really get invested in a one brand vs another brand angle you really need for those people to be either specific fans of RAW or specific fans of Smackdown. But these types of fans only exist in imagination land.
I think there was genuinely a Smackdown exclusive fan base there for a good part of last year, tbf. Back when Talking Smack was immediately after it, Styles/Lynch/Miz, etc. all held championships at various points. It might've only been a small fraction of the total viewership, but it was there, IMO. Definitely feel like people frustrated with the product were gravitating towards it more so than RAW, and there was a bit of "smackdown is so much better" sentiment. That's why the post-shake up/Indian experiment Smackdown has been so disappointing.

Anyone remotely interested in New Japan or Naito should watch this:

Really in depth look at why his character works so well now.

Emma, Summer and Young goneski.

No major losses to the company, but Emma and Summer were good fun when featured.

the over reaction and piling in on Lilo Rush is absurd. The kid tweeted a crap joke which was obviously not made at a dig at Emma but more how awesome Asuka is and everyone loses there ****. He should have a dressing down from management, but in private.

Must suck for women, there's basically no indie scene for them. Suppose it's Impact or bust.
Yeah, and they'd make more money from their modelling anyway. Not a massive loss, but considering some of the other people still with the company, they could have easily been utilised in a better role. Summer should've been paired with Breezango ages ago, and Emma should have been a major player from the outset.
