Yeah I posted about that in some match thread. I don't read the commentary now, just read the 2 overs worth of it. It's a ****ing chore to see the whole commentary. I used to love reading 10 or 20 overs before the present over to see if there were any close shaves or anything interesting going on. Another thing that I liked checking out was live statistics for players which is also removed. The site is a whole cluster****.

They tried to 'Americanized' the website, and that proved to be a major folly than a Root declaration.

I really, really hate how the commentary is now all on one stupid continuously loading page rather than pages of 50 overs that load all at once. If I want to find something from the 113th over it takes more effort than it's worth.

Also the new scorecards no longer have the number of minutes for the innings, which was often the only innings length information available for old matches.

Somebody who is getting paid to create these graphics needs to justify their salary.

I can see myself bumping this thread a lot, every time I look at cricinfo, I find something new to moan about.

Since the change I've generally been using howstat to look up most matches. Since cricinfo no longer has most of the articles that were attached to the matches available there's no point in putting up with that freeze-prone site.

I just went to the site to see if Bangladesh won, and lo and behold, there's not a single mention of the test on the front page.

At least I now know Ottis Gibson was confirmed as the new South African head coach.

Yes, my front page is ostensibly for the 'Africa' edition, but trying to find any news about the Africa T20 cup was like trying to find someone who thinks Firdose Moonda knows anything abut cricket.

I've already switched to Cricbuzz as my home page. And I use the app

The articles tend to be mediocre but atleast i can follow the cricket easily. If I want stats I just find the player's cricinfo profile via google

Don't think I've seen it since the re-design, I think you could get it on the old version, but it wasn't displayed by default

Can't even get live stats during a game anymore, something we've been getting from about 1999. The live statistics link now populates stupid wagon wheels.
