He does look distinctly not good enough. In terms of actual usefulness I would place him just above Lyth, though.
Yeah he has scored more runs and faced more balls. Don't remember Lyth getting dropped so many times though. Jennings would have basically scored no runs without those.

this is mostly just a dig at warne, but for all of his talk of jennings not being proactive etc, root's scoring at a slower rate than him and if jennings was more proactive he probably would've been run out at the non-striker's end before. cop that warne

Whatever it takes!!!
Warne seems to have become the most universally hated commentator. Surpassing likes of Rameez Raja, Ravi Shastri, any of the channel 9 cheerleaders and Russel Arnold is no mean feat in those stakes.

Warne is ubiquitous on top of being horrible

Yeah it's pretty galling to think that he's barely scored a run and has been very lucky wrt dropped catches at the same time.

That there is just a trash shot.

What really really really pisses me off, is that Warne continouusly thinks he is making a good point, whereas he is doing nothing but talking random horse crap. He just sounds like someone who has never played any cricket, talking random clichees. And while doing so, by the laws of statistics, gets it randomly right at some moments. And just when I wonder why SKY don't pick former cricketers, I find the memories of 700 Test Wickets Shane Warne...... The Great Shane Warne of whom I was 100% convinced he was a thinking cricketer.......

Jennings has to go now, but now with whoever we give a go against the West Indies, even if they do well, there's a real chance of it being Bopara in 2009 all over again.

He thinks with his penis off the field, that's the issue

Back to Hameed? Any others deserving a 2nd chance? Or are there any newcomers in FC Cricket?
