There aren't really any let offs yet though, all the bowlers have been bowling well, might have to target the new guy when he comes backSure, Pakistan might have bowled quite well so far but England is clearly on top. Having just lost 2 wickets so far and having two of their best batsman playing themselves in is not a very good sign for Pakistan.
I dont think one decision counts as every decisionFrom Amir getting injured to almost every umpiring decision going against them, Pakistan just haven't had the luck needed to win a game like this.
I meant the ones that were reviews.I dont think one decision counts as every decision
TrueI meant the ones that were reviews.
3 appeals - all went against them on review
When you say every umpiring decision going against them, you mean the LBW shout that pitched outside leg, or the caught appeal that was given out but overturned on the basis it didn't hit glove or bat ? There was only the LBW shout that could have gone either way as it did clip the off stump second ball of the game. From Amir getting injured to almost every umpiring decision going against them, Pakistan just haven't had the luck needed to win a game like this.
Stokes is good against spin.Shadab is one audacious leggie for his age, or perhaps due to his age. Setting traps for Stokes
I did not suggest any of the decisions were wrong which is why I mentioned luck instead of going after umpires. When you say every umpiring decision going against them, you mean the LBW shout that pitched outside leg, or the caught appeal that was given out but overturned on the basis it didn't hit glove or bat ? They've bowled well but also spilled a couple of chances, which isn't down to luck either.
They were 160/7 against a far inferior side on this very pitchThis is such a Pakistan pitch. Their batsmen would feel rigt at home
