100 hundreds in all cricket for Sanga. Should be enough to win Surrey the game. Some people are just too good.

Hey they can't help that Fred, it's all the Lard, crippling disappointment of life in hovels, and the working in t'pit from the age of 8.

It does look a bit sparse though too.
'appen there's a Rugby League game going on - I believe they play that in the summer nowadays

I think Peter Handscombe should play one-day cricket for Australia because I saw him batting well for my team on TV.

Does that make me uncreative?

I was going to moan about Rampaul being a good example of everything that's wrong with County Cricket, unfortunately he seems to have nicked a few wickets. Still, pathetic that Slurry can't find a young English bowler who's at least of a comparable standard, or buy one.

Should Sangakkara he not be getting doubts about retiring? As the saying goes, you are a long time retired!

You were bang on. Leach too. Somerset aren't playing that round of championship fixtures that clash with the lions game so makes sense. Don't think they'd have taken 3 players from SOmerset otherwise. or 3 from Surrey. They've taken 2 from Essex though.

England Lions (versus South Africa A, Canterbury, June 21-24)

Keaton Jennings (Durham, capt)

Mark Stoneman (Surrey)

Haseeb Hameed (Lancashire)

Nick Gubbins (Middlesex)

Dan Lawrence (Essex)

Ben Foakes (Surrey, wk)

Sam Curran (Surrey)

Jamie Overton (Somerset)

Tom Helm (Middlesex)

Jamie Porter (Essex)

George Garton (Sussex)

Jack Leach (Somerset)

Dominic Bess (Somerset)
4 openers out of 6 batsman

Tom Curran doesn't often seem to take bags but I can't recall too many times where he's been taken around the park either. Always seems to go below the required rate. Would be interesting to see how he goes if gets a chance for England.

Foakes with more runs

Tom Kohler-Cadmore with a duck for Yorkshire 2nds today (i'm guessing his first innings for Yorkshire since u15s). He should really have played yesterday instead of Lees. Harry Brook with another ton for Yorkshire seconds- Having a good year. Couple of good youngsters to backup the england internationals.

Cookie has been class, especially early on.

Broad has bowled a decent spell too. Getting more from the wicket that the others with his cutters. It's about that time when they have gotta think about Broad for the ODI team again. Have to weigh up the pros and cons.

After 40 overs Essex, and Cook especially, have batted fantastically well today, but I'm sure they will be fully aware of Notts 400+ score in their last one-day game.

With RTD in and set and Zaidi to come in next, it could make for a very entertaining last 10. Score predictions ? I'm going for 350.

So what's the par for these matches at Worcester?

Good start by Surrey, but the rest of the batting isn't special, so there's a lot depending on Roy and Sanga.
