Question: If you could swap the remaining batting including those in the middle for the Australian equivalents, would you?

From the viewpoint of a Pakistani supporter ftr

I think the WI do have a good chance. Mickey Arthur said yesterday that the pink ball goes soft really quickly, and the ball does seem to need frequent changing. The dew is also a factor, and 2/3 sessions today will be at night.

Should be a good final day. I really hope we see some intelligent batting from the Windies. You gotta back Pakistan with Yasir in the team though.

will definitely take Smith over Bravo, MMarsh over Chase and Starc over Holder (as a Pakistani supporter)

not the rest (still think Voges is a better player of legspin than Samuels)

So from 3 onward? That should be something like
S Marsh
Smith
Vogues
Marsh
Nevill
Starc
Hazelwod
Siddle/Pattinson
Lyon

This is an excellent question and the answer to that is no. Despite the fact that Bravo has demonstrated greater ability in Asian conditions than the Australian side ever did..this is where the team vs individual thing comes along. Australia are just a better test side irrespective of their problems in Asia, and know how to close matches, how to minimise mistakes in crucial stages. With teams like West Indies, you always feel like despite individuals doing well, they tend to screw up, make mistakes at crucial moments to give back control more often.

This is why when you're part of a really **** team, even if you are a player with potential, your development as a player will always be limited by what your team mates do around you.

That being said, WI have a very good shot today. They are high on confidence after bowling out the opposition for 123 and they just need 245 more runs. Both these two have the ability to play solid knocks, Chase and Holder have centuries. The pink ball is hard to control for spinners under lights.

It's Voges, not Vogues, ftr

Though I do enjoy the idea of Australia's number 5 being one of the female gladiators

Wow. First Tahir, then Rashid and now Bishoo. Pakistan's problems with leg spin continue. This just shows you can never take this format for granted, no matter what the teams are on paper.
The only problem Rashid gave them was deciding whether to hit him for 4 or 6.
