And nope,at the start of the season, the consensus was that City had the best squad in the league and i agree with it.They were playing some top stuff during the first few months of the season. After Pep's announcement, they just happened to stop caring.
All sounds nice but between 17 October and 9 April they didn't string 2 wins together in the league.

He's been well and truly Martinezed
Looking at them the other night Lukaku and Barkley have been too. No effort from any of them.

As for the Spanish winger who was setting goals up left right and centre in the first half of the season well no need to say anything.

Somewhat tangential, but why is the Olympic football tournament an U/23s thing? Seems ridiculous that the Olympics aren't an occasion deemed worthy of a full international team.

So it doesn't become a threat to the world cup's prestige

It's why Olympic football shouldn't be a thing.

Well done Pathas' lot sending the Dongs down, can there be any nobler a calling? Wimbledon nailed-on for the P-O too, the dream of them being in the same divison very much on.

Down with franchise football, it doesn't work because football at the lower level is about traditions and grass-roots you just can't transport a team into all that. It's an empty thing, as empty as MK Dons stands.
