The Kohli wicket may not have looked that bad but you could see it coming since way before.. The plan was way too obvious. Similar to a short ball plan against Raina.
Anyone who cam move the ball outside Kohli's off stump will be in business until he can sort out his flaws there.

Rahane's shot was rubbish.

Rahane just didn't pick the reverse-swinging inswinger. So the shot is irrelevant. If batsman doesn't pick a ball then that's it really - no point analyzing what kind of shot was played. Morkel set him up nicely with some reverse-swinging outswingers before that.
