I missed El Devico today, congratulations to grecian (you git). But I bet the defending wasn't as comical as some of what's been on offer in the Premier League today.
I'm being very magnanimous here, I didn't go because I had no expectation of us winning, and wow despite Argyle keeping on saying this derby means nothing to them, 14 thousand for this division isn't small.

Yet having said that

Oh Ryan Harley you are the love of my life......

Anyway away from the pathetic "classico" with 100 million wastes of space, and the joke that is the over-hyped Prem with every team being as average as each other:

Come on, sing along "sing a song for Stanno, we will never let you go....." it will make you feel like you're at a proper football match with an actual atmosphere:D

Have been waiting for Pothas since about 5pm yesterday after the Bees' 96th minute heroics, but I assume he must still be drunk.

I would have been there myself, but for a sick pregnant wife. I'm not bitter though. Honest.

Man, the way we set up today was ****ing shocking. Demichelis and Mangala, with no Fernandinho? May as well have not walked out there.
Yeah, was so surprised. I was confident going into the game simply because the team has gotten better and better and Firmino is looking like a star the more he plays with his teammates. But winning at City was gonna be an ask. Bad team selection by Pellegrini. Against that kind of pressing you need a settled group of players who can pass their way out.

We looked like the 13-14 team for the first half.

So Arsenal fans, pretty clear you aren't even the best team in North London now, still reckon you may get 4th again if you're lucky.

Really glad I made the trip down. We were kind of crap for most of the game but who cares. Such a strange old season this but despite it all 11th in the Championship and 4 points off the play-offs is absolutely fine. Carsley has done very well and I admire his honesty and consistency in saying he does not want the job. Oh and we are getting a manager called Pep, how can that possible go wrong?

They will not admit it (well Cabinet probably will) but Spurs are quite good and have a rather good manager don't they?

I think they're at a level where they can compete with anyone as long as their key players are fit. Really struggled with Eriksen out at the start of the season, and if Kane gets injured they're especially ****ed.

Seen what before? Honestly, the narrative that Tottenham are some joke club is pretty rubbish. 6 seasons in a row finishing in the top 6 with a tiny net spend, and the current side are using heaps of young players. They won't finish above Arsenal or mount a serious title challenge IMO, but they'll finish 4th or 5th which is really good all things considered.

Sounds a lot like Martin Jol's Spurs side.

They're quite a good football team in the same way Nandos is quite a good restaurant.

On the subject of Tottenham and Nandos, I imagine a lot of their players are frequent visitors to said restaurant, or at least would be if they weren't professional athletes.
