Yes they clearly thought it was out and I definitely think it was out having looked at the replay. Hard not to review when you know the batsman has hit it. Also the video umpire has been inconsistent in this match - Misbah(given out), Bell (given not out). They had to review it.

I think you're right. We will probably need about an hour to bat late on. So we want to be into the bowlers by tea. Pakistan have a fairly weak tail.

I suppose five would be OK if we've shifted these two. But I can't claim to know much about Pakistan's lower order either way.
