I do tend to agree but he probably deserves one more shot in Dubai. I think he needs a long enough run to prove he's up to it or not, otherwise we'll be back to the 1980's where the same players went in and out on a revolving door basis. Very unconvinced by him at this level. Comparing him, Stokes and Ali with a similar number of games:
Bairstow average now 27.5, Stokes 33.5. Ali 32.6
