No spin at all. This is actually a pretty flat pitch now, glad Moeen/Broad got those runs to be honest. Just have to settle in and bowl normal test match stuff now, we aren't going to blow them away.

Warne talking gunk here. He is talking about Australian middle order being proven class players who are due to fire. Voges/Mash/Nevill are proven class?

Yeah, when you've been given two lives deliberately increasing the risk of giving away your wicket because of a fatuous concept like 'it is your day' is certainly the way to go.
Yes because hes looked so much more likely to survive playing cautiously hasn't he? Warner has never faced more than 200 balls in any innings, I think there's a stat to that effect. The more damage he can do in the time that he spends out there the better.

Some ridiculous panic going on on cricinfo and BBC comments. We're still 200 ahead. These two can put another 100 on and I'd still not worry.

England reverting to the natural state of supplication to their Australian masters

Yeah, why's everyone ****ting the bed? I'm pleased they're 0-97, making a game of it and means it should at least last until tomorrow!

Has he been playing cautiously? Could have fooled me.

Warne is talking **** again. Embarrassed yesterday but now they are fighting. What about the embarrassment at Edgbaston and fighting yesterday when it mattered. Idiot.

Glad England have got the mandatory Bell drop from Stokes out of the way.
I don't always agree with you in Stokes-related discussions, but FMD the kid has talent at inducing dropped catches by Ian Bell. Probably one of the unluckiest Test bowlers I've ever seen (and not in a Hilfenhaus bowls-a-yard-too-short way).
