Cesaro to interfere in the Cena v Owens match. Triple threat Summerslam.

Rollins to not visit suplex city and actually look a bit strong, but somehow manages to still not win clean. Retains anyway. Possibly with Ambrose running away with the belt again.

Wyatt v Reigns. Will probably be a pretty decent match but I honestly just don't really care. Wyatt could use it more I guess.

Miz to win via shenanigans.

Ziggler v Rusev doesn't really matter, Lana's reaction to what happens either way to be more important. Definitely in the don't really care folder though.

Also was there any point to King of the Ring? Title shot? Random rule you can instigate?

All it seems to be doing is allowing Barrett to distance himself from a loved heel character by becoming a no-redeeming qualities heel character. I mean at least give us a reason to think it's valuable.

Yeah, it was bunk. It hasn't really meant anything since Lesnar won it more than ten years ago.

Would have been good if it had helped Barrett develop a bit more, but he's just gone back to jobbing every week.

Should make King of the Ring an actual all roster elimination tournament with the preliminary rounds all on Smackdown. With the winner getting "management rights" on Smackdown. Smackdown King.

Would make the event and Smackdown all the better.

Na I like the window for an actual feud to develop at a big event for the championship. Money in the Bank, Royal Rumble winner and king of the ring all getting shots just seems a bit too much.

Yeah, tbf now that they have only one world title you might be right.

But at the same time, you can still have a big feud without the world title. Most of the biggest Summerslam matches in recent memory haven't involved a championship. E.g. HBK v Hogan, Punk vs Lesnar, HHH vs Lesnar, Team WWE vs Team Nexus, Undertaker vs Edge.)

Boy he sprayed the **** out of the current product when explaining why these ratings are no surprise hey? Fair to say he's not a fan of what they are producing right now.

No federation or booking has a chance with the amount of content that WWE churns out every week! Even Owens will get stale soon so there really is no chance for someone like Rusev. Imagine the mess WWE would be in if not for Lesnar choosing not to go to UFC; Rollins and Ambrose can't feud forever.

Yes, I don't think it is crazy armchair booking to say that the way Barrett has been booked has been a total joke.

It made me genuinely laugh as oppose to cringe. Which for John Cena is something you wouldn't think possible.
