just read up on it (as you do on a Monday morning). Heyman turned on him and he lost to Big Show at Survivor Series.


Do not remember that AT ALL but I definitely watched it. Man they must have been short on faces or something. That or Brock was just being cheered big time, but cant remember.

I love Cena

His thing before Wrestlemani 27 was great too. 'I am like a big purple pin wheel rock, so go ahead and blow me!'

Not been a fan of Cena's in ring work but have warmed up in recent times. His in ring work has improved. Apart from that, he is great for the company standing for the things he does. Has worked his ass out over the years and kept a clean image. Gotta respect that.

Still remember being in primary school when that happened and I missed the Raw after the PPV when she turned. Just did not believe it when my friends said she did the suck it action Thought they were winding me up.

Yeah, apart from that match the rest of the card was pretty grim actually. Dawn Marie vs Tori Wilson feuding about Tori's dad's death being a point of particular interest.

The Rumble itself was pretty sucky that year as well.

Ahh, the good old Torrie/Dawn Marie feud that felt like it lasted about six years.

Just wrestlecrap at its finest/worst. It was a feud that went on for months as well.

Was watching another PPV (Armageddon I think) from the same year, in which Dawn Marie showed a video package in which she suggested to Tori that she wouldn't marry Tori's Dad so long as Tori joined her for some "hot lesbian action".

Makes me glad for the PG era tbh.

Around that time there was another match in that vein iirc. Billy and Chuck vs 3 Minute Warning. Stipulation: If Billy and Chuck lose Stephanie McMahon has to engage in "hot lesbian action". Dire.

Don't know him personally and hence don't know about all that. I have liked him and disliked him and have been indifferent to him on screen, thats where my interest stops. Maybe a little theorizing but thats it.

One doesn't require to know Cena personally to know that his image he stands for is a clean superstar. As a kid watching, one is always taken by these kind of wrestlers. Plus he sells lots of merchandise. All good for the company.

Again, I don't like getting into all that like I saw him working his ass off personally tbh. Not a fan of people assigning characteristics to people they barely know, good or bad and speak of them like they were good friends. Sounds pathetic but maybe thats just me.
