***Official*** India and England in Australia ODI Tri-Series 2015

There should be a bit of a contest, but seeing 220 vs 200 really does devalue ODI Cricket, if I wanted to watch the ball beating the bat I would watch 5 day Cricket.

I am curious I see what team we put on the park, I want to see Virat bat at 3 but I have a feeling that we may not do that until the World Cup to give guys like Raydu the chance to bat under pressure. This could be invaluable in crunch games.

Jadeja looks to be fit that will help massively with the ball but also as a finisher we have lacked that thus far, that's not to say Patel doesn't have a future, I happen to think he's a big prospect for us but he is inexperienced with the bat in these conditions and Jadeja is a big match player.

England have played better this series than last 18 months but still not convinced about them as collective ODI side, I feel like they have been riding on a few individuals performances, such as Morgan, Bell and Finn, you can't always rely on a few individuals and I feel under pressure we may we see few cracks appear let us see :)

The 2002 pitches were fine. You can watch the highlights on youtube and they're hardly impossible to play on. Batsmen with good defense (Dravid, Tendulkar, Richardson and even Fleming scored a few iirc) made scores. Realistically if you put very early Zaheer (140+ with late swing), Bond (someone who bowled to ATG level when he briefly played) and Cairns (a world class allrounder) on a deck with some help against batsmen who are either middle of the road or not very good away from home pitches, you have a high chance of carnage.

They were bowler friendly but they make up for pitches like Napier where a draw is a most likely result. If on nothing else, I'm sure we can all agree we want to see a winner or a genuine tie.

Maybe I was young then, I'll watch clips again and get back to you. Agree with the rest. Bond was superb, that strike rate, screwed up Australia a lot.

I do... Not all the time but just like I don't like seeing 300+ scores all the time like we do on the flat ODI wickets in India.
If a pitch is doing just enough and bowlers take advantage fair play. I never like to see any more bowler friendly pitches. I agree, too many flats are no good either.

Do we really need to see a picture of your shoe collection, Burgey?

hendrix to give us the styleforum opinion though, obvs.

In an earlier, less sophisticated phase of style forum, there was a consensus that "beazies gotta wear heels all the time" (reminds me of that TI song, No Mediocre [goddamn the model in that song, would smash]).

However, this did give way to a more worldly view, prompted by pioneering threads such as this one: Male Gaze: The Sartorial is Political

Not sure Burgey has the legs to pull them off the same way that models in rap videos do tbh.

Is styleforum accepting of cross-dressing?

It's the pack mentality of some posters here you see. He was just a passionate fan and when he engaged in banter, you guys, being the thin skinned passive aggressive ****s that you are, all got pissy. You can give it but can't take it back. It's the same thing that happens with me. Hopefully the mods can see that these people try and bait dhoni183 into trolling.

Ah, I thought this was for Burgey's great granddaughter.

I will post a pic of my shoe collection when I get home, Burgey can take notes.

Anyways, big chance for India tomm.. It is not everyday that you suck as much as we have done this series and still be in with a chance to make the finals by just winning one match..
