All matches are technically judged by umpires.Overall this was a game without winners since I don't think anyone really played great cricket. Match was judged by the umpires.

Call the BCCI and inform them rather than commenting for nothing. Who is going to listen to you after allIn fact the discussion here helped counter the anger I felt towards Erasmus by reminding me both sides copped bad ones. Made me remember too just how hard is umpiring. However the errors emphasise the case for DRS imo.
Should not be the case we live in the 21st Century and we have landed on a Comet but still have the game judged my opinionated idiots. All matches are technically judged by umpires.

Starc, for the footmarks he createsCricket happened Smali.
So for the people saying Starc has joined the squad, is Hazlewood in the squad too? I'll be gutted if Sid got dropped for Starc, but weirdly (or maybe not) I can accept Haze be given an opportunity ahead of the Vic.
ugh, after following this match for 4.66 days it is terrible that a T20 happened in the final sessionCricket happened Smali.

The Clarke injury article said that Starc has been added to the squad and didn't mention Hazlewood so I'd assume he's still there. My guess is the selectors are dropping Siddle for Hazlewood so Starc is in as backup for Harris or Johnson which given the short turn around between Tests isn't a bad idea.Cricket happened Smali.

Cheers for that. Yeah, you're probably right. It is weird to think how Siddle dominated in his only Shield game between UAE and this Adelaide Test (his 5 wicket haul were all batsman in the top 6) as he didn't even really look like getting a wicket in his 9 overs today. The Clarke injury article said that Starc has been added to the squad and didn't mention Hazlewood so I'd assume he's still there. Still don't want to see Starc anywhere near the Test team though.
