Barcelona have just lost again. Atletico will be three points clear if they win tomorrow, and four points clear if Real slip up tonight. In even funnier news, Bayern lost 3-0 to Dortmund today, their second loss in a row in the league, and they've now only won one in their last five, and that was against Moyes' shower. They had 70% possession as well. Whisper it quietly, but some sections are becoming unhappy with Pep. Making them everything they destroyed last year.

Four decent pens for Arse, none of them English, sure there's no connection there:huh:
Quite.

I'd be happy enough to see Arsenal win the Cup, but I think Wenger's work there is done. I thought for much of the game yesterday they were dreadful at all the things they're supposed to be good at. Their passing in the final third was especially poor, but there was a widespread lack of composure on the ball that you just don't expect from them. Perhaps their confidence has been shot by their recent run of results. A Cup win in AW's final game would be a decent scenario, but my money's on Hull.

Went to see Cambridge Utd play Hyde yesterday.

Home team won 7-2 and everyone left the ground feeling we'd come up short. Hyde are, in all seriousness, the worst professional or even semi-professional side I've ever seen. The lack of basic skills from some of their players was staggering. They had one lad, Thornton their #16 who I think was playing wide left, but was out of position so often it's not easy to be 100% on it, almost literally couldn't kick the ball. It was like Hyde had stopped in a local pub and asked if anyone fancied a game.

Hyde brought 28 brave souls down with them. Kudos, chaps. You really are the best fans ever to stick with the **** you're being served up.

What's their story?

There's no way the current squad could've got promotion from the Conference North. I quite regularly watch Cambridge City, who play in the Southern League Premier Division, which is two tiers below the Conference and have never seen a side as poor even at that level.

No idea tbh but they defo don't take themselves too seriously, as per KP's example above

Surprised at Liverpool's midfield, thought Allen or Lucas would have come in for Coutinho. Aguero on the bench for City too, should be a classic

Justice on its way, great support from all round the country this weekend. They played YNWA at PP before the game yesterday and it was treated with respect, any other time it would be drowned in boos

Yeah, brilliant ball and then amazing stuff from Sterling. Plane ticket to Brazil a certainty you'd have thought
