don't really get why anyone would complain about the decision to enforce here. We just rolled them in about 10 overs ffs. Pretty fishy to only give the strike bowlers 4 overs in the whole period of play though.

Having said that, I need to know why no Boult, why our premier swing bowler for 2 overs with a new cherry, fresh in the morning, why a three-over stint from our back-up spinner over the other (and seemingly causing trouble to a batsman), how scuffed and ruined the ball is after it's been in Wags' hands etc

Didn't Boult leave the field after his 2 overs and there was a suggestion he'd tweaked something in his leg? Back out there now though.

Not sure mate, office-bound and Cricinfo is offering little. You'd presume he didn't have it at the end of the first innings, or the euphoria of 6-for wore off and revealed it

You're absolutely right cause we all know that fast bowlers are machines who can bowl for 2 and a half hours straight with zero drop off in quality. Seriously, Southee had bowled 7 overs and Boult 6. There was no way they were ever going to have enough for more than a couple each.
