Really like McCullum's captaincy. Eeking the absolute most he can out of Southee. I can imagine that now Boult has had a short break he'll bring him back too and really push him.
And then give them a big, extended break before the new ball. Sodhi, Wagner and Anderson should be able to easily cover the remaining overs before it's due.

His fields are perhaps a bit too aggressive, but I'd rather he err on the aggressive side than defensive.

Sodhi will still get destroyed by most teams with decent players of spin, and I wasn't entirely convinced of his selection here over a pace bowler, but gee with 600 on the board and wickets from the new ball bowlers it's nice to have and attacking spin option here, isn't it?
