Can't believe the rubbish my fiance decides to record on Foxtel meaning I have to switch over to Gem to avoid a clash.

As if Hughes was going to catch that, such a gumby in the field.

I was looking up synonyms for "Turgid", tumescent was one, that's one word I've been using wrong it seems.

Burgey to rage.
Tbf to the English supporters, you've been the undefeated best side in the world now for 80 years and been averaging 857 in your first innings over that period. It's understandable they all assume their batting juggernaut must have had a bad day and the opposition hasn't bowled well.

Test after test after test after mother****ing test.

Urgh, this conversation reminds of when they wanted Philander to come on first change last summer because he wasn't that quick.

I do think Siddle should be given an over at the very least tonight. Probably bowl the next over at Harris' end.

Bird has bowled better than his figures suggests. The Aussies have bowled really well on a wicket with little help for the bowlers on (its not great for batting either, pretty crap wicket). Harris/Siddle/Bird is a better trio than Anderson/Broad/Bresnan.

You're boring me more than our batting, ****

Anyway. This total would normally be a hiding to nothing...if we get Clarke early then it goes without saying that it should be competitive.

Does anyone else find it funny that as soon as Cribb made that post about footmarks helping Lyon more than Swann, due to Swann being better around the wicket, Lyon has bowled everything around the wicket and got four wickets :p
Well Lehmann listens to the Sky comms, so it's not beyond ridiculous that he logs in here to read our insights...
