DoG's Top 100 Test Batsmen: 50-26

Coronis

International Coach
Exactly. When it comes down to it, Flower's innings rarely contributed to Zimbabwe winning or saving a match. Harsh, but true, when you consider that the team result is the most important thing.
Mm, kinda don't like that about your system. Disadvantages those who played in weaker teams.

So good to see Worrell in this list. Great player and a greater human being.

Two great batsman. I've always liked May, but I definitely wasn't expecting his adjusted average to increase that high.

DoG, for the major surprise coming up, without giving it away can you give some sort of hint? Like did he debut before or after 1960? or just something generic. I'm trying to think of a forgotten hero - although really, we haven't named THAT many names in this thread so far.

Ha. Could have just said debuted after 1960. Do it The Sean. DoG, wont say the answer anyway. What you've said makes me think its Michael Clarke but I did mention him previously.. So I am going to guess AB de Villiers.

The Sean

Cricketer Of The Year
As for these two - May's premature retirement (and thus relatively low Career Points score) seemingly the only thing preventing him from a considerably higher ranking.
