So England loses the toss again and will have to bat second at the Oval.

I think the toss in ODIs at this time in late summer is crucial and a massive advantage. The rapid temperature change once the sun sets and the large increase in humidity make batting conditions so very, very different.

This may sound like an excuse should England lose again, but I have felt this way for a long time.

I hope it's a good, close game.

I'm not convinced by Woakes yet, but I agree completely that Bairstow should be playing. Is he a particularly dodgy wicketkeeper compared to Kieswetter - who had a terrible game at Southampton?

Bairstow looks a much better batsman than Kieswetter, who fires once in a blue moon.

The selectors seem much more willing to change bowlers than batsmen.
