That just means that he played for a long time. I personally dont think that he is/was a top tier wicket keeper far less batsman

I think the fact that he is ever-present does mean that he gets underrated, and that his batting hasn't been great over the past few years. He's been a good quality keeper over many years, and has made consistent contributions for many years.

I think I'll slide him in at three, did a great job there against some quality line-ups.
