But Leeds, Loughborough and Cardiff have already played f-c matches this season against counties, and in any case there's no combined universities side is there? I haven't seen one for a long time anyway.

broad out first ball. no surprise. him and swann bat even more ******** in county cricket than test cricket. Broad spent last season 'in county cricket slogging a way merrily. Both need to apply themselves more in county cricket and with the bat in general. be aggresive but not stupid please.

FFS batting hasn't turned up at all this season. Stokes getting a relatively quick 30 or 40 seems to be the highlight of our top 6 each time.

Smith is useless, Colly, Dale and Di Venuto all the wrong side of 35, Blackwell is a flat track bully, as is Mustard and Stokes is still a kid.

Yea Smith should be just a fill-in or second division player. Colly, Benkenstein and Di Venuto the difficulty is gauging whether they're past it or not. They seem to have gone from prolific to useless, which is a big drop if it's more than just a form/early season issue.
