Broad probably padding up the way the England middle order have been playing.
Nah, fair comment, IMHO. There's no way he could've been sure with that one. Just barely clipping leg.lol @ Nasser saying umpire is guessing
Is that a bad thing though?yeah imo a lots of 50-50 are going in bowlers favor when pre UDRS it was the opposite.
He was playing quite well though.Steady. I'm setting a slightly higher bar than 32.
EDIT: FFS, right on cue.
facepalmKP probably needs Bell to fail to survive the axe for the next Test.
KP and Bell will both play in Sri Lanka. Morgan won't unless he gets a massive score here.KP probably needs Bell to fail to survive the axe for the next Test.
yeah I am old school benefit of doubt goes to batsman n all...Is that a bad thing though?
Yeah and the interesting thing it is the changing attitudes of the umpires rather than the rules of the system that make that the case.yeah imo a lots of 50-50 are going in bowlers favor when pre UDRS it was the opposite.
I find that a quite ridiculous statement. Given England's ways of the last few years, we KNOW that they will stick with players for a decent while. The only England batsman under pressure is Eoin Morgan, and rightfully so.KP probably needs Bell to fail to survive the axe for the next Test.
Maybe its because the calibration of the cameras.Bizarre legside bias with the LBWs today.
Yeah quite possible. There was a suggestion of a similar problem down at Hobart, a similar legside bias.Maybe its because the calibration of the cameras.
I'm very much of the opinion, it's a great thing, will help stop batsmen dominating, and bring finger spinners right back into the games as threats. Has been happening for a few years now. Batsmen should be actually trying to hit the ball, now that is really old-fashioned.Is that a bad thing though?
