And that's just ****ed up. If the aim is to get as many decisions correct as possible, there's no reason why those in the pavilion, the ones watching the tv replays shouldn't be allowed to make the call.

Think more than anything it's a practicality thing, you can't have guys waiting around on the ground for their teammates to see a replay, and then receive a signal to say whether or not they should appeal for UDRS.
