Not sure if it was brought up on here but Test Match Special guys were saying how good he was. Taking 20/20 exploits and thinking he is some remarkable test bowler, when he isn't. Surprised how poor he has been at the lefties here, had the Sri Lanka leftie opener on toast.

Cook and Trott weren't exactly scratch, but it was slow going when the 2 spinners came on. The half hour before tea was nervy, but they put the bad balls away when pressure was beginning to build.

After tea has been very confident other than the wicket ball and the ball before.

Cook has done a really good job of hogging the strike while KP is getting used to things.
