I remember reading a article before England went out to the UAE, could have been in the cricketer magazine and they was saying how they thought England haven't prepared the best for this tour and should have had a three day game extra, especially considering the unusually long lay off. After today's performance can't help but agree, always thought the first test could be a stumbling block if there was to be one.
