Hmmm. Bit of a shame in a sense, thought he had a part to play in the team, has looked good imo. Should have just booted Diaby out instead.

If he's going to be a first team player for Wolves it's probably more beneficial to him (and ultimately Arsenal) for him to get 6 months regular football under his belt than the odd sub appearance here and there.

Not to mention Carrick up against Yakubu- spent the whole game standing off and letting him hold up the ball because he's a massive ***** and scared of his pace, and yet still managed to **** up and let him in behind for Blackburn's second.

Championship 'keeper, too. I'm sick of hearing how good De Gea was in Spain, haven't the United fans with better self-delusionary power than me noticed that we're not ****ing in ****ing Spain? He's the footballing equivalent of an Indian batsman- only looks good at home because the ball never gets over waist height. And we've got a keeper that's been rock-solid every single time he's played sitting on the bench scratching his hole.

But there's definitely no need to put Rooney or Giggs on the bench just in case something goes wrong, oh no. We have a total rookie to bring on in an emergency that can lie down on the other team's goal line just in case we're in any danger of equalising. ****ing ****.

Quality performance from Blackburn though, much, much better organised at the back than they have been this season. Still have a compulsive tendency to "clear" the ball five yards to an opposition player from inside their own box, but nobody's perfect.
