Speaking of interesting selections, Dan Christian put on standby for the Hobart Test.

Find that weird, tbh. He's batting really, really well this year and it's hard not to feel pretty happy for the bloke but his bowling's been pretty meh this year. You'd think the bowling unit is where a spot would pop up in case of injury and there's better options around.
