This series has been great.. it is a shame that it is short.. I would have love to see these two teams playing 5 test matches..

International Debutant
Played Virus and good knock from Thami. Pressure on Bouch. Shame Duminy looks set to play at Cape Town. Should consider having Virus or Rudolph bat middle order. JP is a walking wicket against off-spin (and pace).
The 18 year old de Kock we discussed on the domestic thread made his debut for the Lions last night and promptly showed up the other batsmen, even batting well against Morne Morkel. Perhaps he will be their next keeper. Duminy does appear fragile but Peteren's problem is often converting a start.

Siddle will probably play ahead of Copeland but can be profligate.

Is there anywhere one might be able to view this match, aside from TV or at the ground?

23.1 McLaren to Ponting, no run, huge appeal for lbw, not out.

23.2 McLaren to Ponting, 1 run, thick edge down to third man
Ponting's first 3 balls he played at (there was also a wide) :-O
