Certainly, he can and should improve. I expect him to!

Yuvraj's bowling in the last year or so has been basically been Jayasuriya exactly IMO. Obviously Jayasuriya managed to do it for a much longer period but current Yuvraj is basically the same bowler.

Disagree tbh. Jayasuria didn't have much to his bowling but we still get swathes of filth from Yuvraj from time to time.
